From Kathy and me, we hope everyone had a blessed and safe holiday season! Now, after families have spent time with loved ones, it may be time to reflect on how well our older family members are doing. Was their house properly heated? Was there enough food stocked, did they look well nourished and groomed. Were there unopened mail around? These are only a small part of what families may notice. If some, more or all of the above was noted, it may be time to get together and work on a plan to have them remain safe at home.
